SINGAPORE, 15th JULY 2025 – Skyform, a leading Asia-Pacific (APAC) digital transformation group, today announced that it has acquired a controlling stake in PointStar Global Consulting (“the Company”) from PointStar Pte Ltd. The transaction was completed in April 2025, establishing Skyform as the largest Oracle NetSuite consulting and solutions provider in Southeast Asia.
As the Company embarks on this next phase of growth under new ownership, PointStar Global Consulting has been rebranded to PS Global Consulting, a Skyform company, effective 14th July, 2025. Michelle Alphonso, Co-founder and CEO of PS Global Consulting (“PS Global”), and Jason Dibbin, Co-founder and Head of Solutions, will continue to be significant shareholders and lead PS Global as its senior-most management. Like Skyform’s other business units, PS Global will have immediate and full access to the substantial resources and support of Skyform’s group management team and the broader SeaTown network.
Founded in 2009, PS Global is Southeast Asia’s #1 Oracle NetSuite consulting and solutions partner.
