Description of Service
The PointStar Netsuite Connector is a tool and service that allows you to connect your NetSuite account with your Google Sheets account. The Connector will allow you to import data from NetSuite into Google Sheets, and export data from Google Sheets to NetSuite.
Fees
The PointStar Netsuite Connector is provided free for 30 days.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The PointStar Netsuite Connector is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the Connector or the information, content, materials, or products included on the PointStar Netsuite Connector. You expressly agree that your use of the PointStar Netsuite Connector is at your sole risk.
Limitation of Liability
We shall not be liable for any damages arising out of the use of the PointStar Netsuite Connector, including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless us and our affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the PointStar Netsuite Connector.
Modification of Terms

We may terminate your use of the PointStar Netsuite Connector at any time without notice.

Entire Agreement
These terms of service constitute the entire agreement between you and us and supersede all prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral, regarding the Connector.
